Randy Bacon, President

Randy is the founder and President of Native Founders Consulting Group, where he is responsible for all aspects of business development including relationships with Indian tribes and Alaskan Native Corporations throughout the united States. Randy began his career in the commercial mortgage banking business industry and is the principal shareholder in Liberty Realty Capital Group, a financial services company in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Randy attended Oklahoma State University and Northeastern State University receiving a B.S. In Finance. He is a member of the Cherokee Tribe.

David Leavitt, Advisory Board

David is the President of integrity Consulting, Inc. A company that provides consulting services in the fields of patents, intellectual property valuation, business planning and legal structure. Previously David has been the Director of the Oklahoma Technology Commercialization Center’s Tulsa office. David was responsible for assisting over 150 companies in developing business plans, strategic partnerships and raise funding.

David has a BA In Psychology, BS in Chemical Engineering and Biology and MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Kansas and a JD from the University of Tulsa. David is presently working on his Ph.D in Environmental Science/Biosystems Engineering at Oklahoma State University.

Bob Delano PhD, Advisory Board

Bob has worked as an engineer and consultant with a number of environmental companies and utilities. Bob holds a BS in Chemistry, MS in Environmental Engineering from University of Oklahoma and a PhD in Environmental Engineering/Business Management from Oklahoma State University.

Jason Bacon, Advisory Board

Jason is a Systems Engineer with Ball Aerospace and was previously in a similar position with Lockheed Martin and Spectrum Astro.

Jason received a BS at Oklahoma State University and a MS at George Washington University in Aerospace Engineering. Jason is a member of the Cherokee Tribe.

Donna J. Culver, Pharm.D. Advisory Board

Donna is a registered pharmacist with specialized training in compounding of medications for cancer and HIV/AID’s. Donna performed some of her clinical rotations with the Claremore Indian Hospital. Donna received her BS and PharmD at the University of Oklahoma .
